What is MyElbum?
MyElbum is a digital photo and video album app that helps you store, manage, and share your memories securely with your real-life community: family, friends, and close contacts.
Is MyElbum free to use?
Yes. MyElbum offers a Free Plan that allows you to upload up to 5 photos (max 7MB each) in A4 format with watermark. The free content expires after 30 days.
What file formats are supported?
- Photos: JPG, JPEG, PNG (max 7MB)
- Videos: MP4, AVI, MKV (max 50MB)

How can I print my memories?
After creating a Frame, you can choose to print it directly from the app. It includes both photos and videos, and you can continue updating it even after printing.
How do I set who sees my memories?
You decide who sees your Frames. You can set specific people to reach your memories from your frame privacy settings.
How do I share my memories with friends and family?
You can tag closer relatives on your frame or a particular photo or video. That enables them to permanently get access to the memory on their accounts under the "My Tags" tab. You can also share your frame or a particular photo or video link through WhatsApp or any other platform. Note: users may no longer have access to your memories through the link when you disable frame shareability in frame privacy settings.
Do you sell my data?
No. Your data is private and safe with us. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How is MyElbum different from social media?
Unlike public platforms, MyElbum focuses on memory preservation and private sharing. It’s about real connections, not public exposure or likes.
